Fighting Flu

If you work in an office, you’ll appreciate just how frustrating it is once one person catches the flu. The flu is a bug that spreads like wildfire and if you don’t keep yourself strong and healthy, you’ll end up catching it in an instant. From the odd Starbucks hot chocolate to slices of cake and pie, it can almost become habit to eat naughty foods to make yourself feel better, which in turn you’ll feel worse about. Instead, try to limit yourself to a day or two of treats, perhaps on the weekend, so you’re still getting the sweet fix without having to go overboard.
