In order to revive the economy in Russia, the lockdown has been eased and some sectors have been allowed to work again.
Russian President Vladimir Putin told the nation on Monday that some sectors have been allowed to operate, but some restrictions will remain in place.
He emphasized the need to focus on job security and economic activity and said that it was up to the governors to decide which industries could be reopened on Tuesday.
The Russian president added that employees should strictly adhere to hygiene and precautions.
According to foreign media, barbers, car sales, stores, and other sectors are still not allowed to work in Russia.
It should be noted that economic activities were banned in Russia at the end of March and citizens were ordered to stay at home.
