Flandar Trail Quests

Monumental Treasures : Location: Flander Trail  Suggested level: 20+ Time Limit: 30 minutes Guild Rank: 3

  • Kill the Earth Dragon (B-2) to collect a Gem of Earth
  • Speak to ??? (C-2) and raise the Gem of Earth to transform it into the Gem of Heaven
  • Speak to the Monument of Truth (D-5) and raise the Gem of Heaven to transform it into the Gem of Truth
  • Fall down the hole south of the Monument of Truth (D-5)
  • Speak to ??? (D-5) and raise the Gem of Truth to start the Boss fight
  • Kill the Ice Giant (Boss) to get the Gem of Reason
  • Take the Gem of Reason to Paplio at start (B-5)

    Kill a fire giant, the earth dragon, the (boss) ice giant, and then the same fire giant again (because it respawned) in under 25 minutes for an S.

     

    Monumental Treasures II : Location: Flander Trail  Suggested level: 40+ Time Limit: 30 minutes Guild Rank: 8

    { Same as Monumental Treasures I, just alot tougher}

     

    Ring Leader : Location: Flander Trail  Suggested level: 30+ Time Limit: 30 minutes Guild Rank: 5

    • Talk to the NPC (Allen).
    • Follow the Stars:
      • Go to the north to enter the cave and get the first crystal.
      • Exit to the south of the cave, continue south then go to the east to jump in the hole (like Story).
      • Go to the Red Crystal.
    • (Perform optional subquest)
    • You must now meet Derrek the jeweler at his house, on the west side of the map (keep going west from the red crystal, then north and west).
    • He asks you to kill 10 Basilisks, do as he says by going south. The mobs repop is pretty fast, you should easily find 10.
    • Go back to him. He gives you the Ring.
    • Go back to the quest giver (Allen). (The other star seems to be a bug, there’s nothing here.)
    • Give him the ring. (Keeping it only delays the boss fight.)
    • Boss fight with a Cerberus.

    After collecting the red and blue crystals head to the southeast of the map and show them to the NPC there. He will give you a garuda fruit. Brint this back to Allen and he will give you a bag of gold dust. At the end of the mission you will fight a Megalo Tigris as well as the Cerberus.

    Ring Leader II : Location: Flander Trail  Suggested level: 41+ Time Limit: 30 minutes Guild Rank: 9
