Days away from what could be Kojima Productions’ first public showing of Metal Gear Solid 5, Silent Hill 4 voice/mocap actor Eric Bossick has shared some light on the game’s development and a possible release time frame.
According to an interview posted on Tumblr, Bossick confirmed that he has conducted motion capturing for someone who he says is Snake’s ally in the game and is expected to perform more mocap on the project later this Fall.
While we all know the next Metal Gear title is going to be MGS5, Kojima Productions is keeping Bossick in the dark about the game.
“I don’t even know what the title is, ” he stated. “They are all very secretive and sometimes even the scenes I act out I don’t even know the full story, because they want to keep it secret.”
Despite KP’s secrecy Eric Bossick’s believes that the next Metal Gear will likely ship next Summer “at the earliest”. However, neither Kojima Pro nor Konami have discussed openly on the game’s targeted release date.
