XSEED has pinned an August 21st release for Way of the Samurai in North America followed by an October debut in Europe where NIS America has taken over publishing duties in the region.
Unlike the Japanese version of the game released in the region last March, Way of the Samurai 4 in the West will be made available in digital form only via the PlayStation Network for $39.99.
