Just in case company CEO Yoichi Wada’s response to Kotaku’s unconfirmed report regarding Final Fantasy Versus XIII demise wasn’t convincing enough, the game’s composer has also chimed on the subject.
After re-tweeting Wada’s statement composer Yoko Shimomura followed up with the below tweet:
“That’s how it is, so please be reassured..”
Shimomura has worked on over 50 soundtracks throughout her career. Some of her recent work can be heard in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance for 3DS and Parasite Eve:The 3rd Birthday for the PSP.
