After an online survey asking ,hypothetically, raised the question of a possible PS Vita version of Gran Turismo 6 surfaced last month rumors about a port of Poly Digital’s popular racer spread across the Internet.
When asked about a portable edition of GT6 in a user submitted interview published on the official Spanish PlayStation Blog, series creator Kazunori Yamauchi wouldn’t confirm its existence nor did he deny it.
Q. GAMELAB: Will it be a while until we see GT Vita?
A. Yamauchi-san: Well, this type of information is confidential and I still cannot talk to you guys about that.
Despite being tight lipped regarding a Vita version of the multi-million selling franchise Yamauchi did confirm that his team is not done with Gran Turismo 6 for the PS3.
Q. lorddevil6969696: Will we have new DLC for GT5?
A. Yamauchi-san: Yes, we are preparing new DLC content for GT5. Despite it being a long time since GT5′s release, we have received a lot of fan messages asking about new DLC content. And that display of continued interest is something very important to us.
