Sony’s and Microsoft’s future generation consoles are just over the horizon.
Nearly a dozen known third party companies, including Lucas Arts, Ubisoft, Epic , Square Enix and Capcom, have all begun developing games for these new pieces of hardware meaning your current system of choice will gradually become obsolete.
Despite the advent of the ‘PS4′ and ‘XBox720′ ( and let’s not forget the WiiU ) developers are proving that present consoles still have a lot of life left in them and the below list of titles set to release within the next 12-18 months will prove it.

We were tempted to add Rockstar’s Agent and Kojima Production’s next Metal Gear project to the list. Unfortunately little is known about the targeted release schedule and development of either game at this point preventing them from making the cut.
