Japanese Gamer Expresses His/Her Discontent With Ninja Gaiden III

Despite receiving a glowing review from Famtisu post launch, it appears one Japanese consumer wasn’t impressed with his (or her) purchase of Ninja Gaiden III.

Gamers have been known to break game disc to express their discontent with a product or a company’s practices ( see the 360 version of Tales of Vesperia ), however the individual who snapped Ninja Gaiden III’s game disc in two didn’t stop there.

A figure of super ninja Ryu Hayabusa -included with the Collectors Edition of NGIII- can clearly be seen stabbed straight through where his heart would be if he were real.

Poor Hayabusa. :(

In the West Ninja Gaiden III has received a huge amount of negative feedback from video game critics. The first game under the direction of the new, Itagaki-less Team Ninja currently stands at  56% ( PS3 version ) on Metacritic. Which is much higher than the provided user score.
