During the latest EA Sports “Ubercast” podcast Todd Batty announced a release date and details for the SSX demo.
A playable demo for the snowboarder will be released on PSN in North America and worldwide on XBLA on February 21st. PSN users in Europe will get the same demo a day later.
While the SSX demo will only feature Zoe as a playable character, referring a friend to the demo will net you a second character, Mac. How exactly this referral works wasn’t explained. The demo will feature four events, 2 tutorials ( including a sky diving tutorial to practice air controls ) and Ridernet.
SSX hits retail February 28th in North America.
