In an interview at the GT Awards party, Gran Turismo producer Taku Imasaki has stated that the newly released dlc for GT5 has reached over a million downloads worldwide as of November 3rd.
This dlc, which was released back in late October, included the addition of new cars, paint, racing gear and two new tracks. Each was sold separately ranging from $1.99 for the two new tracks pack to $7.99 for the set of 15 additional cars. The entire content was also offered in one bundle for $11.99. Imasuki didn’t provide any detail on which part of the dlc sold the most.
Gran Tursimo fans can look forward to more dlc in the future as Kazunori Yamauchi has confirmed additional content for the racer is scheduled to release ”approximately every two months.”
