Word on the streets of Japan claims that Namco may be releasing a new installment of the Tales of series in the country this year.
The last Tales of game, Tales of Vesperia, was released for the PS3 in Japan less than a year after it’s 360 counterpart. The new game is rumored to be called Tales of Unitia which is already trademarked by Namco Bandai.
Since the PS3 version of Tales of Versperia still hasn’t seen the light of day outside of Japan and with the limited success of jrpgs this gen outside of the country, I’m going to remain slightly cautious before getting excited about another Tales of game.
